Add a "Request a quote" button to your products
Select all products or just some of the products that should have the quote button enabled. The button will display on a product page and depending on your theme may also display on the collection pages.
Add a "Request a quote" button to any other page
There is an option to embed a quote button on other pages. You may want to create a specific quoting page or add a quote option to a blog post. You can do both easily with this app.
Hide "Add To Cart" button
Leave or hide the button depending on your preference. Some business owners want to show only the Request a Quote button, others would like to have both visible. This gives an option to ask for a better price especially if the order is of a higher volume.
Hide Prices
Naturally in many cases you may want to hide prices. This happens most often if you have custom or luxury products. In some industries prices are very dynamic and showing them doesn’t make much sense. In other scenarios, it simply gives you negotiation flexibility which is common in B2B and bulk purchases.
Create quotes
When you receive a new quote request, you can view it in the application admin panel and create a quick and professional quote. You may optionally write a message and just click the “Send” button. Then your customer will receive an email with a link to the quote. From there a customer can accept or reject the quote giving a reason.
Receive email notifications
Every time a customer sends a new quote request or updates a quote during the negotiation process you will receive an email. With this you will not miss any important events.
File uploads and PDF generation
Allow your customers to upload files to the quote form on your website and receive it together with a quote request. Download the quote requests and quotes in a PDF file.
Easy communication with a customer powered by AI
Generate AI powered messages to the customers to improve communication and save time. AI will ensure that the quality of the message is good without grammatical errors.
Create custom contact and product forms
You can choose to use only a customizable contact form. Still if you would like to ask more advanced and product-specific questions to your customer, you can create an unlimited number of product forms that can be customized and assigned to products of your choice. This is especially useful with multiquotes. That way you will receive information about a customer's preferences regarding a specific product. You will also be able to prepare a quote better and ensure less time spent on back and forth communication.
Track progress of quotes
Each quote has a status which informs you in what stage of negotiations it is. It also shows if you should take any action or wait for customers' reply. If a customer accepts or rejects your offer the status will reflect that in real time.
Negotiate with customers
When you send a quote to your customer, the customer receives an email with a link to the “Customer Panel”. There, customers can accept, reject or counteroffer your quote. After, you can give your offer until you both reach common ground.
Pay via PayPal or via Shopify checkout
Once a quote is accepted by you or your customer, the email with confirmation will be sent to both of you. A customer will be able to pay with PayPal if you selected this option and set up your PayPal account. Alternatively, a customer will be able to click a button in the Customer Panel and proceed to the Shopify checkout on your website. There, the correct, accepted amount will be populated and a customer can make a normal purchase. After that, the new order is automatically created in the Shopify admin panel.
Add multiple users
You can add many users to your company account. That way you can share the work and each user may create quotes for different quote requests.
Translations
In the Dealia admin panel you can choose the language of the admin panel and the Dealia embedded items like buttons, forms etc. that display on your website. All the text should automatically translate.
Capture leads
Request a quote button gives you more chances to attract new customers. You can gather important data like the email address of the potential customers that are interested in your product or services. It gives you more opportunities to sell your products.
