Step 5. Assign forms to items

Form can be assigned to an item in the “+ new item” form. There is a drop down field that contains a list of available forms.

In the “Items” tab, on the item list there is a column “Choose form”. Click on it next to the item/product that should have a quote button displayed. Then choose a form for that item.

Important! Please note that items that don’t have any form assigned will not have a quote button displayed.
