Communication with a customer after deal
You can contact a customer after an offer is accepted. There is a button next to a customer’s email address allowing you to email the customer directly. The customer has the same option and can email you in case of any questions or concerns.
The message will be automatically sent to the customers’ email address. The customer can then reply to you by email.
There is another “Contact” button just below the quote. It always displays once the quote is accepted.
